i   Personal data type: details about your personal information such as Identity details, contact details

      Identity details include information you give when creating an account or signing up on our mobile applications such as BVN, NIN, Names, DOB, images and passport information

      Contact details include information about KYC such as your Residential and business address, your phone numbers, postal Address and e-mail addresses.

ii     Financial and Transaction data Details: Data about your financial profile and details about transactions such as payments you make and receive through any of product channels

iii    Technical and Profile data: Your technical and profile data is collected to properly identify you and where you are working from.

      Technical data: It consists of your Internet protocol (IP), Internet service Provider (ISP),  details of web browser and operation system, zone setting and locations, platforms and other technology such as device ID, geolocation IP, and model and user agent on the devices used to access the Bank’s website

      Profile Data: It consists of the Login details of a customer such as Username (but not the user’s password) to make it easier for the user to login when the user returns to the website

iv    Communication Data: It consists of the you supply us through the in-app chat so that we can help you.

 

WHY DO WE NEED THE DATA?

Gashua Microfinance Bank ensures that the personal data collected and processed is necessary for the purpose of collection, and Gashua Microfinance bank shall not collect or process more data than is reasonably required for a particular processing activity.
